Hull City vs Rotherham United - Abel Hernandez set to return from injury for Hull's clash against Rotherham

Hull top scorer Abel Hernandez is poised to return for Saturday's final regular season Sky Bet Championship game against Rotherham.

The Uruguayan, who has scored 20 goals this season, has missed play-off bound City's last two matches with an ankle injury.

Midfielder David Meyler and striker Nick Powell are unlikely to return but manager Steve Bruce says they will be assessed.

The Tigers otherwise have no fresh injury concerns.

Millers manager Neil Warnock has no new selection problems ahead of the trip to the KC Stadium.

Forward Danny Ward returned from injury as a substitute in last week's defeat to Blackburn and could be recalled to the starting line-up to help boost his side's attacking threat following a run of one goal in four games.

Winger Jerome Thomas also made his injury comeback from the bench against Rovers and is pushing for a start.

Midfielder Joe Newell (ankle) and defender Lloyd Doyley (knee) remain out.
