Alloa Athletic vs Dumbarton - Burton O'Brien and Jason Marr missing for Alloa

Alloa are without Burton O'Brien and Jason Marr when they call time on their stay in the Scottish Championship against Dumbarton.

O'Brien has a back injury and Marr is suspended while Ryan Hoggan is a doubt for the already relegated Wasps, who drew 1-1 at Rangers last week.

Manager Jack Ross said: "The players put on a great performance against Rangers last weekend at Ibrox but that should not have surprised anyone as, despite knowing our fate, we have improved the longer the season has gone on.

"It would be great to go out on a high by defeating Dumbarton and saying that we ended our final month undefeated and that included games against Hibs and Rangers."

Dumbarton, who secured safety with a win over St Mirren last weekend, have injury doubts over Frazer Wright, Mark Docherty and Christian Nade.

Manager Stephen Aitken said: "The St Mirren game and the 4-0 midweek defeat at Hibs has taken a lot out of our squad and we will freshen things up for Alloa.

"They have been strong under Jack Ross and have started to pick up points so we know that we have to be at our best to get anything.

"We have done well to stay in the Championship but we do not want things to end on a low so we will be looking to win."
