CHELSEA midfielder Thorgan Hazard has joined German side Borussia Monchengladbach on loan.

The 21-year-old, who is the younger brother of Blues start Eden spent the last two seasons on loan at Belgium side Zulte Waregem.
Hazard joined the Blues in 2012 from French side Lens but has yet to make an appearance an appearance for Jose Mourinho's side.
The former Lens man was named Belgian player of the year last season after a impressive season with Zulte Waregem, in which scored 16 goals in 43 appearances.

His impressive form saw him earn his first cap for Belgium against the United States in May, and Red Devils boss Marc Wilmots picked the midfielder in his 30-man preliminary World Cup squad.
He was not selected in the final 23-man squad but was on Belgium's standby list.
Hazard becomes the third Chelsea player to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, following Wallace, Cristian Cuevas and Tomas Kalas out the door at Stamford Bridge.
