She later tweeted to pals: "I am so relieved. Thank u for the support." The original injunction case was listed as CTB against News Group Newspapers, owners of The Sun. It arose from a Sun story on April 14 saying Imogen had an affair with an unnamed soccer star.

CTB said he suspected Imogen was thinking of selling her story. He added she had asked him for money so she could buy a flat, first for £50,000 and later for £100,000.
