Jose sets sights on Lampard

The ex-West Ham star was left out of last Tuesday's do-or-die Champions League clash with Valencia at Stamford Bridge, as AVB preferred a new-look midfield of Raul Meireles, Ramires and Oriol Romeu.
His Blues side were impressive in a thrilling 3-0 win, leaving Lampard now facing another night on the sidelines when Chelsea entertain Premier League leaders Manchester City this evening.
That has alerted Mourinho, who has tried to sign Lampard twice before.
First the two-time Champions League-winning manager tried to tempt him away when he took charge at Inter Milan in 2008.
And just last year he attempted to get him to Spanish giants Real.
Both times, though, Lampard stayed loyal to Chelsea, where he has won three Premier League titles, three FA Cups, two League Cups and scored an amazing 177 goals from his midfield position.
Much of that success came between 2004-2007, when Mourinho was in charge of the club.
