Once in the bedroom, the actor fended off questions.
Helen went on: "I asked him if he was married and he said, 'I'd prefer not to say'. He didn't have a wedding ring on.
"He came out of the shower naked. I asked him if he wanted a massage and I gave him one.
"He turned over and he was a disgusting kisser. He kissed like a virgin. We were kissing and stuff and then I went to move down."
Helen offered to use a sex toy on him and he eagerly agreed.
When the session ended the actor took another shower while Helen tidied up the bedroom.
He then complimented her, saying: "You're a very beautiful young lady" - before recommending a local restaurant and making off without leaving a tip.
The star's lawyers won a temporary injunction on Saturday, banning The Sun from publishing the story. The order was amended in the High Court yesterday after we mounted a legal challenge.
In court the actor was known only as "NEJ", while Helen was referred to as "BDZ".
He is the latest in around 30 famous people to win court orders protecting their privacy in the past two years.
Vice girl Helen revealed last October that she had a threesome with England striker Rooney and Jenny Thompson prior to England's flop World Cup campaign last summer.
She issued an apology to the player's wife Coleen, saying: "I'm so sorry for all the hurt you've been put through. It was a mistake. I can't apologise enough.
On Saturday The Sun told how Helen went to Ladies' Day at Aintree races at the same time as Coleen, 25.
