It was before her romp with vice girl pal Jenny Thompson, 22, and Manchester United ace Rooney, 25, at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
Helen, from Bolton, Greater Manchester, told The Sun her client arrived at a luxury apartment block casually dressed and without his wedding ring after booking her for an hour by phone.
She said: "He rang the doorbell. I'd just finished seeing another client. I went to the door, where my friend was also stood. She saw him as well. She asked if he wanted a drink and then he went down into the bathroom.
"It didn't actually click who he was until we got into the bedroom and I was talking to him.
"I asked, 'What are you doing here?' and he said, 'Oh, I'm an actor'. That's when it dawned on me. I thought, 'Oh my God, I recognise him'. I went through to the kitchen, gave my friend the money, and then told her who it was. We were just giggling about it. We didn't say much because he was in the shower."
