Brechin boss Jim Weir has already ruled out two injured players and could face losing another three ahead of Stenhousemuir`s visit to Glebe Park.

Goalkeeper Craig Nelson and midfielder Jamie Redman remain on the sidelines and they could be joined by defenders Callum Booth and Barry Smith along with midfielder Gary Fusco, with Weir rating the trio "extremely doubtful".

A couple of youth players will be brought in to fill places on the Glebe Park bench.

And Weir said: "It will be a tough game and while we may have injuries, the 11 players that start the game will be expected to win it.

"Stenhousemuir will be coming here full of confidence after beating Dundee so we need to be prepared."

Stenhousemuir manager John Coughlin is unable to finalise his squad for the clash due to several injury concerns.

The club's fine 4-1 ALBA Challenge Cup victory over Dundee on Tuesday has come at a cost with midfielder Ross Clark ruled with a hip problem and Coughlin insisting others, who remain unnamed, are set to drop out as well.

Grant Anderson was also be missing due to family commitments, however striker Alex Williams does looks set to make it after shaking off a hamstring injury.

Coughlin said: "The win over Dundee has come at a high price as we will be missing a few bodies for this game.

"There are a few guys I do not want to name that will all be undergoing fitness tests on Saturday before we travel."
