Kosovan daredevil take plunge from 22m high bridge

    If you're afraid of heights, this competition certainly isn't for you.

    Now a tradition in Kosovo, once a year competitors gather to show off their diving skills as they take the plunge from atop the Saint Bridge.

    The bridge is located on the White Drin river and spectators took advantage of the weather to enjoy both the competition and a swim in the river.

    The tradition dates back to the 1950s and sees divers jump from a height of 22 metres into the waters below.

    This year's event saw 22 divers compete and first prize was split between two competitors.
