"Yeah, we desperately needed that, a break out. And you look at how the game finished up, those runs really came in handy. But it wasn't an easy game, even though we had a big lead. Stro (Marcus Stroman) really battled. I mean it was a grinding night for him. They battled him hard. He was kind of in and out a little bit with his command, but he got the job done. We made (Johnny) Cueto work pretty good, too. So, the home run ball, which is what we're known for, was a huge part of the game."

"I think I got some pitches to hit, put good swings on it. It's a tough game, you're not going to be on top all the time but you try to find ways to help contribute.
