"I don't think it was personal I knew it was business you know so at the end of the day I'm happy to be a Seahawk I wouldn't want to be anywhere else it's a blessing to be here championship type team and the goal's to win the Super Bowl this year so Super Bowl 50 is on our minds so no matter what I was going to be focused on the season I was gonna be ready to play no matter what the circumstances were and fortunately enough Mark and I we tried to set a date right before just because I want to be able to just leave it all behind and just no matter what focus on the season so."

"You know my focus the whole time has pretty much been on getting ready for the season I've been excited about that just to be able to play football again ultimately no matter how much (money) I make, no matter down the road in the past or whatever, it's always been about the game and trying to get ready it is business it is my job and all that matters but at the end of the day you just want to get ready for the season so I was excited about it. I'm always an optimist an ultimate one I was always believing it would work out I always believed that I wanted to play here, obviously so."
