"There are many differences between China and Italy, in terms of training methods. I found this out when during my first training session at Vero Volley. The head coach asked me to practice many things that I hadn't done in China. Each combination of moves is different from what I have learned from China. I had a little bit of a problem with it and I could only do the moves by copying others. However, I think I can pick it up soon enough. Most of the time my coach likes to discuss things with me on paper. I have learned many things. Everyone here is happy during training. This is a different experience to China. In China, our coaches are normally very serious, as we are still using traditional methods and ideas. But here we can discuss things openly and frankly. I think this is the cultural difference and I am adapting to Italian life now."
