Chen and Lee reach India Open final

  • Intro:

Action from the semi-finals of the BWF Super Series India Open.

    Script:

After losing the first game Denmark's Jan O Jorgensen fought back against China's Chen Long to set up a thrilling decider in the India Open semi-final.

They were neck and neck throughout but at 20-19 Chen had the chance to reach the final.

Malaysia's Lee Chong Wei and China's Du Pengyu played for the other final place.

This too would be competetive as Lee won the first game and Du won the next.

So it all came down to the third game and it was Lee who won it 21-14 to book his place in the final two.

In the mixed doubles Ko Sung-hyun and Kim Ha-na beat Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir in two games.

There was also a two-game win for Kim in the women's doubles, she and Jung Kyung-eun beat Christinna Pedersen and Kamilla Rytter Juhl.

There would be one Danish win on semi-finals day though and that came for Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen in the men's doubles.
