"I feel great, you know? I spent a lot of time in Colorado getting away from everything and just training and I think this is one of the best summers I've had in a while. Last summer I didn't get an opportunity at all to train because of the back surgery and I just tried to jump into the season and I don't think that was right. But I'm a lot healthier, you know, this time around and i'm looking forward to this season."

SOUNDBITE (English): Dwight Howard, Houston Rockets Center:

"I'm gonna get mine (points), you know that's not the focus. You know our focus as a team is on the defensive end. We have a lot of guys who play great individual defence, now we have to do that as a team. I think with me and Omir (Asik), we have an opportunity to really mess up a lot of teams on the defensive end because of our presence - he's a very big guy. Me and him playing together will give me a chance to rome around, block a lot of shots and just be who I am on the defensive end so I'm very excited about that."
