Three Chelsea fans to be allowed in board meetings from July after Super League saga

There were mass protests outside Stamford Bridge last month following the European Super League announcement, and Chelsea have taken a huge step to rebuild their relationship with fans
Chelsea have revealed that they will give three fans the chance to be allowed into board meetings from July 1.
As the Blues attempt to rebuild their relationship with fans following the botched European Super League revolt, they have taken the first step by giving elected “supporter advisors” a presence at board meetings.
The trio will not have any voting rights, nor will they attend meetings relating to players, staff or the academy.
But the supporter advisors will attend around four board meetings per year, with a new selection process taking place before the start of each season to allow for a wider scope of input.
