Cristiano Ronaldo and girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez have added a new dog to their collection, with the latter uploading photos of their Chinese Crested pooch on social media
Cristiano Ronaldo and girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez have shared photos of their new dog on social media.
Rodriguez uploaded snaps of their Chinese Crested dog to her 24 million followers on Instagram earlier this week.
The 27-year-old and her Ballon d’Or winning partner are well known animal lovers and were left distraught when their beloved £2,600 pedigree cat was almost killed by a car last month.
Now they have added another dog to their stable, with Rodriguez uploading a selection of pictures of the unusually-styled pooch and revealing its name.
The model wrote in the caption: “Antonia, ‘La Toni’ for friends.”

Juventus ace Ronaldo is a big fan of dogs, even managing to entice a model into bed after showing her his three pooches before he began dating Rodriguez in 2014.
Amal Saber, 28, said the former Man Utd and Real Madrid star showed her his three dogs, including his beloved Labrador Marosca, after inviting her back to his place.

"I love dogs and recall he had three. Their kennels were heated,” Saber said in 2018.
"I was a little tipsy but I remember his house had a Jacuzzi, gym and bar.
"We went to his bedroom. There was a large TV and a photo of [then lover] Irina Shayk beside it.

"We drank melon champagne. Neither of us will forget the night. It was special. We were very affectionate and together until 5am when his friend took me home.”
Ronaldo is facing an uncertain future at Juve, with certain reports suggesting he will be sold in the summer transfer window to raise funds.

According to Spanish outlet AS, Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is considering reuniting CR7 with Gareth Bale at the Bernabeu next season.
Along with Karim Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo were part of a formidable trio which inspired Real to four Champions League titles between 2013 and 2018.
