Morton stage stunning comeback to beat Partick Thistle

Morton struck three times in the last 18 minutes to overturn a two-goal deficit and beat Partick Thistle 3-2 in a thrilling Ladbrokes Championship clash.
Thistle looked on course for their first league win of the season when quickfire goals from Kenny Miller and Raffaele De Vita put them 2-0 up midway through the first half at Cappielow Park.
But Nicky Cadden’s superb free-kick gave Morton a lifeline when he fired home in the 72nd minute, and five minutes later it was all level thanks to John Sutton.
The momentum now firmly with the home side, Morton would go on to snatch all three points – their second successive league win – when Brian McLean pounced to head home a dramatic winner 10 minutes from time.
