Boreham Wood booked a Vanarama National League promotion final against Tranmere after a dramatic 3-2 win over Sutton United at Gander Green Lane.
The visitors looked to be cruising to victory after goals from Angelo Balanta and Scott Doe either side of the interval gave them a 2-0 lead.
Tom Bolarinwa narrowed the deficit for Sutton before the visitors restored their advantage two minutes from full-time when Michael Folivi scored from close range.
Sutton were still not finished and Ross Lafayette headed home in injury time to give the visitors anxious moments before they held on for victory.
