Bayern sign James Rodriguez on two-year loan

  • Bayern Munich have confirmed the signing of Real Madrid's James Rodriguez.

    The Colombian's two-year loan was announced on Tuesday. It was said he was desperate to leave Real Madrid after falling out of favour with Zinedine Zidane.

    Madrid reportedly put a $90m price on the two-time Champions League winner.

    Rodriguez will now join his former manager Carlo Ancelotti at Bayern.

    The loan fee is thought to be around $11 million with option to purchase after.
