"It couldn't be any better. I think it's well deserved. After everything that I've been through in the Majors, I've knocked on the door a bunch of times. To finally get that Major win, it's huge. It gets me a lot more confidence going into every Major to know that I can win."

"Honestly, I tried to -- they said they were going to look at it when we got done. I felt like I wasn't going to be penalized, so I just went about my business. Just focused on the drive on 12 and from there on out, that we'd deal with when we got done. It doesn't matter now, but -- and I'm glad it didn't matter because that would have been bad. But, you know, it worked out."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Shane Lowry/ 1-under, tied for 2nd -

"No, not really. Bitterly disappointed, standing here. And, you know, it's not easy to get yourself in a position I got myself in today. It was there for the taking and I didn't take it. But, you know, you can only learn from your mistakes, I always say it's only a mistake if you don't learn from it. I'm sure I learned a lot from today and I don't know what it is yet, but when I'm in that position again, and I know I will be, I'll handle it probably a little bit better."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Jim Furyk/ 1-under, tied for 2nd -

"Thanks. Really did a good job other than 15 or 18, where I drove the ball in the rough, both times to the right, very similar swings. Did a good job of keeping the ball in front of me, keeping it in the fairway. Trying to attack a little bit on the back 9. Hit a couple pins and just wasn't able to quite get over the hump on the back nine. Putt at 14 would have been huge. Getting the ball in the fairway at 15, that hole's somewhat attackable where the pin is today. But the birdie at 17 was exciting, a little retribution for the last time through. The one regret, I wish I'd have got that ball on the fairway at 18. It would have been a little more exciting."
