"No, I'm just motivated, you know, to play in Paris in the fourth round against one of the biggest player in the world with all the crowd cheering for me in Paris. Biggest stage in the world for a French player. That's why I really wanted to win this match, and of course I'm really happy, and because I did it."

(Q. The results that you have in clay demonstrate that you have won two times in Barcelona, for instance, and Madrid and so on. Are you going better on every surface?)

"Yeah, especially on clay I have been playing well these couple of years, so that's why it's very shame to lose like this, and I know I have a good chance, you know, against Richard. So, it's not an easy loss today."
