Reaction from tournament winner Rory McIlroy - following the conclusion of the Irish Open on Sunday (22nd May).

SOUNDBITE: (English) Rory McIlroy, Northern Ireland (on feeling the pressure):

"Yeah I won on the world's biggest stages but I don't think I have ever felt pressure like I felt out there today. I was trying so hard because you only come home once every year to play in front of your home fans. You don't get that opportunity often and you are going out with a three-shot lead. I knew I had to play well today and I felt like it was slipping away a little bit on the back nine but...that finish today - I will remember that for the rest of my life."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Rory McIlroy, Northern Ireland (on the last three holes):

"I knew coming into those last three holes that my length would be to my advantage and I didn't expect to go for the green on 16 in two and I hit such a good drive up there. I only had 40 yards to the front of the green so I thought I...this was my chance. It was my chance to take it on and it paid off thankfully."
