"My expectations on Friday are just to keep progressing. It will be my second meet of the year, the first one of this quality of field. I just want to feel like I am improving and constantly getting better as we lead into Rio. I think it's probably going to be the same goal for the rest of the field, but when we all get together and people start getting competitive, you know sometimes very special things can happen."

"Three days ago I threw 66.88 (metres), so I was not very good, in shape. But now I feel good, so maybe I hope for a top-four or five. It would be nice to begin with."
