European Tour battles high winds in China

  • Lucas Bjerregaard, Felipe Aguilar speak after finishing two shots clear of the field on Saturday (30th April) after round three at the Volvo China Open in Beijing.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Lucas Bjerregaard, joint-leader on 16-under:

"I played nicely today. I got things going a little bit on three there, made a six iron from 160 metres so that obviously kick-started my day a little bit.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Felipe Aguilar, joint-leader on 16-under:

"Well, it is quite exciting I think. I played quite solid today again. I made one mistake, maybe because I didn't know the course very well: on the par three I missed it on the wrong side thinking that it wasn't that bad. But besides that, I'm quite comfortable and happy with the round."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Nicolas Colsaerts, joint-third on 14-under:

"Very pleased. I played well all day. I struck the ball very well, made a great par on a par five on the back nine that kept that momentum I was building on, and then finished it off with a nice birdie on the last. You know there are a lot of crosswinds and it's never easy to find the right portions of the greens so I am actually surprised that the scores are still that low."
