Atletico Madrid held an open media day at the their training complex on Monday (25th April) ahead of a UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg meeting with Bayern Munich.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Filipe Luis, Atletico Madrid defender:

"We've had a lot of bad moments in the season, also good moments, and now I think we're stable, we are stabilised, and we have players which are getting better and better improving (their) football and.... we're also going to play the first game at home, so that also gives us a.... positive way to face this hard game against Bayern. So, we're going to have chances but of course it's going to be really difficult, but we are prepared, more prepared than ever, to win this semi-final tie."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jan Oblak, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper:

"We expect (a) difficult game. We know that Bayern is a strong team with amazing players like (Thomas) Muller and (Robert) Lewandowski, so I hope we will play good in defence, we will stop them and score a goal, but we know that (it) will be difficult and that (it) will be a hard game, tough game, two games. So, let's see what will happen."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jan Oblak, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper (asked what he believes will be the secret (key) to winning the tie):

"I think the secret is in the group. All of us players, we are really good together, we have (an) amazing atmosphere in the group, in the dressing room. So I think that that's the most important thing in our team. Then (on) the pitch, we are always together, we always give our maximum and we play until the last second of the game."
