World champions Kenya were given a heroes' welcome on Tuesday (19th April) after arriving back in the country having won the Rugby Sevens World Series event in Singapore.

"I know it's going to be a difficult journey ahead because every team is going to be on to us. We have just to focus as a team again and get everything right again."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Humphrey Khayange, Kenya 7's squad member:
"I feel very proud. The cup just says a lot in terms of what we all believed the abilities of Kenya rugby is and it is just a testament of the true hard work that the boys put in."
