SOUNDBITE: (English) Pablo Larrazabal, leader by two shots at -3 at the halfway stage:

"No, not really. To shoot level par in these conditions is a great feeling you know? And to have the chance at the last to go in in red figures is something very special. as I said to your colleagues, I only missed one shot today really bad and I made triple bogey (at the par three 3rd). I mean, I made so many great saves. I mean, the save on 16, the putt I made from behind the green on 17, the fight was great. I probably didn't play my best golf, but probably on another golf course I would be six or seven under par on this round because of the way I felt today, so very pleased."

SOUNDBITE: (English) James Morrison, defending champion and joint third overall at level par:

"The greens are so small, the greens are so fast, the rough around the greens is so thick and juicy that... The greens are so small that you've always got that tough little shot here and there and then with the wind blowing as well, makes it even harder so... Very narrow fairways and lots of crosswinds, so get it on the fairway at all costs, really."

"Oh, a second or third G+T (Gin and Tonic) would be nice, but that's for later on. But no, I enjoyed it. It was a good test. It was nice playing somewhere where you've got to think about your round, think about your game."
