Reaction from Lee Westwood, Brandon Grace and Justin Rose after day two of the WGC Match Play at Austin in Texas on Thursday (24 March).
SOUNDBITE: (English) Justin Rose, halved with Anirban Lahiri:
"Sometimes make it simple the last two holes. You know what you have to do. I feel like I finally hit a good wedge shot. I feel like that's what I've.... been letting guys into the game too often with wedge play around here this week. There's a lot of wedges I haven't quite been taking advantage. So, it was nice to pull one out when it was required on 18. But a half point for me is huge because it kind of gives me an opportunity tomorrow what I have to do. No matter what happens, even with Kuch (Matt Kuchar) if he manages to beat Fabian (Gomez), I know that if I beat Kuch tomorrow I go through. So, if you're one and one going into tomorrow, there's so many scenarios. So that was a big point for me."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Lee Westwood, beat Marc Leishman 1 up:
"Yeah, a tough opponent. It wasn't going to be any easier when it's as windy as it is. I know Marc's a great wind player. He obviously played well at the Open (Championship) last year. It's a really tricky golf course when the wind's blowing. You sometimes feel you're out of a hole, but you're actually not."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Branden Grace, beat David Lingmerth 4 and 3:
"Obviously David is a tough competitor and a great player in the wind. It was tough out there, but I think bogies on the scorecard on my behalf was maybe key. I think that was good, especially around this track. Different wind than we had the whole week, but it was a good ball-striking day. Four under, so I'll take that."
