Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc - out of contract at the end of the season - has signed a new two-year deal with the French league champions until June 2018, ending speculation he could be replaced by Jose Mourinho at the end of the season.

A: "I am truly proud and honoured to continue the adventure, particularly since I arrived treading carefully as you may have noticed and maybe you were right.
