Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe looked ahead to his team's Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.

"I just think that it's nice from my perspective to be able to use the squad and to be in a position to do that and have quality in both teams that I'm able to put out. I think this is another league game of huge importance for us. Our away form has been very good. We've been really pleased with how we have travelled on the road and become, touch wood, harder to beat and a bit more resolute. But this is certainly going to examine us because Crystal Palace at home in a midweek game is going to be as tough as they come, I feel."

"It wasn't very long ago at all and it was a tight game, a game of few chances really which I think surprised, probably, both camps because I think both teams do create chances. Fine margins in the game. Definitely I think we had the better chances but Palace defended very well as they do. I think this will be a different game, travelling there. We're going to need to make sure that we defend as well as we have done in recent weeks."

"He's a top quality player, there's no doubt about that. His record is very good at Premier League level so I think it might compliment what they have. They've had a couple of injury concerns in the front area so he boosts their front line. It will be interesting to see, from our perspective, how involved he gets, whether he starts of whether he starts from the bench. But whoever they play, I think they've got quality in most positions."
