Reaction after Branden Grace successfully defends the Qatar Masters

"Yes, it was great. Obviously, to win is tough but to defend is even tougher. We all know that. But it was great. I played some really good golf and it paid off at the end. Now I know what it takes to defend a title but this is a special one. This is one that really put me on the map last year. I've said it before, I'll say it again. Now winning it twice is just extra special."

"I've played well in tough conditions. I like tough conditions. It was one of those ones where you just have to stay patient and and let it happen and I think that's what I did really well this week. I never forced things. I got a little bit greedy towards the back of the front nine, just started going after putts a little bit but the clutch putting, the putts coming back, was on top form today and I think that was a big thing that saved me."

"Started good today, made a minor mistake on eight, then it was hard to get the birdies on the card but had a very strong finish and, obviously, very pleased with the result, yes."

"It's just a tough day. It was common to make mistakes. Many of the guys out there were also making mistakes so I told myself there was still a lot to play for, still a lot of golf to play and I just stayed patient and waited my chances and and they came in the end, yes."

"If you take it at the start of the week, tied for second is pretty good. Obviously I had a lot of chances today but nothing really went in. I missed that short putt on ten which hurt a lot, I never really got the pace on the greens, had a few good lines but then they were short. When I got it to the hole there not not a good line so it was just a little bit uphill on the greens."
