Haye at career-high weight for comeback

Saturday, January 16 2016 by SNTV
  • Former world heavyweight champion David Haye weighs in ahead of his comeback fight against Mark de Mori in London.

It's getting very real now for David Haye. The former heavyweight world champion weighed-in at a career high16 stone 3 pounds ahead of his eagerly anticipated return to the ring. Haye wants another shot at the World title but he's starting with this guy...

Australian Mark de Mori is unbeaten since 2006 and weighed in over a stone heavier than Haye.

After the pair got on the scales they had the obligatory face-off which was pretty tense stuff.

Perhaps a physcological bonus for Haye though as Di Mori appeared to look away first. The fight will take place at London's O2 arena and will be the first time Haye has stepped into the ring since beating Dereck Chisora in July 2012.
