  • West Indies train and talk on Thursday (24th December) ahead of the Boxing Day clash against Australia on Saturday (26th December).

SOUNDBITE (English): Jason Holder, West Indies Captain:

"I'm always upbeat you know I just think we're one good performance from turning things around. You know that's the way we have to look at it, you can't be negative all the time we just have to find ways to pick ourselves up and you know for me just looking at it just one good day away probably from a turnaround and that's the way I'm taking it."

SOUNDBITE (English): Jason Holder, West Indies Captain:

"We know our body language probably wasn't the best in the first test match albeit how things went. It's just important that we start well and I think once we start well the energy goes through. We had a really good two days in Geelong in the practice game which we had and it's good to see that you know when we start well in terms of for our bowling energy filters throughout the entire innings. I think that's one of the things I really want to stress on in terms of the body language. I think once we do that then we'll have energy a lot longer."
