"This apparatus is only going to be installed in April, May next year. Therefore, it means we are absolutely confident that there's enough time to do specific tests for the lighting. We are sure that by installing by May there's enough time for testing. There's also a financial balance to do the temporary facilities on time for the Games but not spending too much money eight months out for the Games, keeping this sophisticated system (the lighting) in here and not being used."

"It's not a problem because other elements of the construction, if it could have not been tested today, may have been a problem because some elements require a longer time for adjusting, modifying if they are not correct. Lighting, while it's a key element of the quality of play, is something that is going to be ready in May and adjusted if needed. It doesn't take structural changes, it requires changing the lamps. We are very comfortable but of course, if it (the lighting) could have been (ready) now, we would have tested with night matches, but we are very comfortable with the flood lights testing in May."
