Both Great Britain and Belgium are looking to end significant periods without a Davis Cup win as the sides prepare for the final in Ghent.

"Yeah, I'm looking forward to it and hoping we can get our hands on that trophy at the end. That's the first time I've ever seen it in person at the draw ceremony - it's absolutely massive. I don't know if we'll be able to carry that home with us if we win, but it's an impressive trophy."

There's obviously nerves there, but nerves are a good thing before an event like this - it makes me feel more comfortable, actually, when I'm nervous, because normally that means I'm getting ready and getting prepared for something important, and that's when I feel like I perform my best. So, I'm looking forward to it. I know it's going to be a tough weekend, but I believe in all of the team and I hope we can play well."

"No, of course not. When we saw the draw, in the first round, it was against Switzerland, and for us it was a gala match, a gala tie, with (Roger) Federer and (Stan) Wawrinka. But with a little bit of chance we won the tie, because they didn't show up. And then in the second round we played against Canada, but of course Milos (Raonic) and (Vasek) Pospisil didn't play the tie, but injuries are part of sports and now we are in the final. We took the chance and the opportunity to be in the final and we're going to try and win it, for sure."
