Djokovic through to semis after straight sets victory over Berdych

Novak Djokovic entered the court at the 02 Arena in London knowing that he would only need to win one set to make it through to the semi-finals of the ATP World Tour Finals.

Tomas Berdych was his opponent, the Czech player had already to lost his opening two matches.

Serbian and world number one Djokovic broke in the eight game to take a 5-3 lead and never looked back from there- he took the opening set 6-3 capitalising on a series of unforced errors from Berdych and claming his spot in the semi finals.

The second set was certainly closer, but Djokovic didn't take it any easier on his opponenet despite his qualification- He served out the match to improve his career record against Berdych to 21-2,

He has beaten the Czech five times in the last six years at the ATP finals.

Djokovic took the 6-3, 7-5 win.
