Reaction from Kei Nishikori beat Tomas Berdych in three sets on Tuesday (17th November) in the ATP World Tour Finals.

"I know it was an important match for both of us. I thought I was playing really good tennis, especially in the first set (where) I didn't face any break points and serving great and playing some good tennis. I was really excelling on the court."

"I hope I can play another good match against Roger (Federer) in two days. It's going to be a tough one again. I had a good confidence from today's match and I hope I can make the semi-final."

SOUNDBITE (English) Tomas Berdych:

"Today there is not much to talk about. It is all about one point in the third set when I was a break point up and I had him on a good run. The rally started pretty well for me but I was not able to break him and I lost my serve and that was it. That was the whole difference today and it's not a great one not to have a win."
