Saturday, November 14 2015 by SNTV
  • France's Sebastien Ogier leads Rally Wales after Friday morning's (13th November) three stages, while Jari-Matti Latvala got stuck in a ditch on the second stage.

Friday 13th certainly proved unlucky for Jari-Matti Latvala at Rally Wales.

Just 600 metres into the second stage, the Finn came unstuck while braking.

He ended up crashing his Volkeswagen into a ditch, forcing his retirement.

Norway's Andreas Mikkelsen was in third after the morning's action, and now sits in third overall.

Kris Meeke finishedd in second, 9 seconds further ahead.

The Northern Irishman leads the charge for Citroen in their battle to be runner-up in the Manufacturers' Championship.

Frenchman Sebastien Ogier was fastest after the three morning stages - he has a 14 second advantage over Meeke.

Despite his lead, he's still not satisfied.
