    Serena Williams recovered her mobile phone from a thief, while out for dinner on Tuesday.

    The tennis player noticed a man lurking by her table in a Japanese diner.

    The man, seen here, plays with his jacket for a length of time before taking her phone and leaving the restaurant.

    Surveillance footage shows Serena leaving the restaurant and confronting the man on the sidewalk, before returning to the restaurant with her phone in her hand.
