Bermuda is a beautiful exotic setting but don't be fooled this is far from a holiday for Ben Ainslie Racing. For them it's another chance to put points on the board in the America's Cup World Series and vital preparation for the main event in two years time.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jono Macbeth, BAR team manager:

"Very exciting time for us. This is the first time all the teams are going to be racing on the waters here in Bermuda and the Great Sound, where the America's Cup will finally be held in 2017."

That will soon come round, especially when you think this is the last event of 2015.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jono Macbeth, BAR team manager:

"The team's currently sitting in second place overall, so there's quite a bit to play for (in) this regatta. We're really looking to have a good result here and finish the year on a bit of a high."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Freddie Carr, BAR crew member (on the day's preparations):

"We polished some things up from (the last round in) Gothenburg, and we did a couple of what we call hot laps, and you basically, brush off the cobwebs and get ripping. And then we went into three races against the other boats and we're all competitive people and we go out there and we try and win those races and we won two out of the three of them and sailed well in the other one. So, a really solid day for us."

And they'll be hoping that form continues for the real action this weekend.
