SOUNDBITE (English) Rohan Kitshoff, Namibia flanker and captain
"I'm tremendously proud of the guys. Even though we lost today, the way they fought right until the end, I think that I need to take my hat off to the boys for that. I think we learned a lot, and we said it yesterday as well: even though you don't win the games, if you don't learn something from the defeat then it's worthless. I think we learned a lot and the guys gained a lot of experience."
"We also saw in this tournament how close we came, by almost beating Georgia, and at some stages we played really well. I think that's something we can work towards, I think there's a lot of positives we can take out of this tournament."
SOUNDBITE (English) Phil Davies, Namibia coach
(Question - Despite the scoreline it seemed like an ocassion for celebration for you today, and it would've been more so if Johnny Redelinghuys' final conversion went in. Can you talk about that please?)
"Well, the boys have been on a journey for the last three, four years. A great credit to Danie Vermuelen (former coach) who worked really hard for three years to get the boys into the positions, and the last, sort of, four or five months we've worked hard together: all of the players, coaches and I'm really proud of the effort that everybody's put in."
"It's been a very progressive World Cup for us, we've hit a few milestones during these cups. Scores against Tier 1 nations have gone down, also against Tier 2, and we've achieved our first World Cup point."
"It's an exciting time for us to move forward and look at what we can achieve over the next two, three, four years."
