SOUNDBITE: (English) Johan Cruyff: (on FIFA issues)

"The way it went the last few years looks like it's totally the wrong way. He (Blatter) has been there a long time, which means that when he started probably FIFA had 100 federations, something like that, now they've got 200 and something. Who were the people he had to work with, a lot of them are accused and whatsoever. In my way of thinking, and that's what I always did, is that in a certain age, you've got to step back, and be an advisor. That's what I always say to all these people. I'm 68, it's impossible there can be a culture of 18. It's a different world. You can be an advisor but you can never be there. You've got to wait and see, but just as well hopefully take care about it."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Johan Cruyff:

"For me it's always the team. For me one of the best players of Barcelona was Xavi. He was always in the middle of the team, always having the base, and when you had to go up, and you had to go down, the small details you've got to see them, and only a few people can see it. That's why if you buy somebody who is a little different, which means he's a little different. It's not the same. And if you're a little different, where are the consequences of these little differences. So it's like chess, more or less. What's the basis, what you do, what you can see, what you want to say next, and all thsese sort of things. It's details. Fortunately it's very difficult to explain because nobody will understand."
