"We're going there to not just to train for the Ryder Cup, it's a very important tournament for the European tour and the Asian tour together. The guys want to win and I hope we're on the winning side this time.

"I think we'll have our players ready, everybody is trying to win out their and make the most of it. I think it's going to be great fun and there's rivalries that will get the best out of the players."

Clarke:

"We've seen, especially in recent years more fantastic asian players coming through and it's a wonderful opportunity for those guys. Some of them we know, who play on the European tour and some we're maybe not familiar with will show just how good they are and believe me Singh will have a very strong team. Hopefully the guys that play for Europe will be up for the fight"
