SOUNDBITE (English) Slaven Bilic, West Ham coach:

(on the contrast between West Ham's home form and their away form)

"For us, it's not only three out of three (wins) away games, but it's also the way we done it and it's most of everything, against who we did it, against title contenders and everything (Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City). what is very similar to all those three teams... let's say we lost points or games against Bournemouth, Leicester (City) and Norwich (City), ok? What all those team have in common is that they are... they play on reaction, they play on second balls, they are very disciplined, they are very aggressive, they are very energetic teams. That's how they build their teams and only today it was the best example. Only if you match them in that part of the game, then you are better than them on the pitch."

SOUNDBITE (English) Alex Neil, Norwich City coach:

    (on the game)

"I thought they did great and I think when you concede with a minute or thirty seconds to go, you are always going to be disappointed. You've not sort of took the points home, so I think that's probably the overwhelming feeling within the squad at the moment, but we've came, we played against a really good side and for me, I thought we more than matched them and if anything, I thought we played better over the ninety minutes."

SOUNDBITE (English) Alex Neil, Norwich City coach:

(on how Norwich are progressing in the Premier League)

"Yeah, I think after the game, having been disappointed we didn't win, shows you the progress that we've made. I think if you've nicked a point and you've hung on for it, then you'd be delighted going home with a point, but I think the fact that we had, sort of, three points in our hands... I wouldn't say thrown them away, because obviously West Ham did what they could to try and get something out of the game, but I think you'll be in that situation quite a lot over your career, and a lot of the time you'll be able to see it out and unfortunately, today we didn't."
