SuggestedLeadIn: Welshman Bradley Dredge leads Russian Open by two strokes, at the halfway mark in Moscow on Friday (September 4).
Script: Bradley Dredge shot a second successive round of 66 to take the tournament lead on the second day of the Russian Open.
The Welshman, who began the day one stroke behind overnight leaders Daniel Gaunt and Scott Jamieson, was flawless on Friday, firing five birdies to move to ten under par overall.
England's Lee Slattery shot a 67 on day two to become Bradley Dredge's nearest challenger - one stroke adrift of the lead and alone in second.
Slattery will be sure to rue two bogeys - one at the first and one at the 10th - that cost him a chance to lead the event.
England's Ben Evans and Spain's Pablo Martin Benavides are one stroke further back on seven under after rounds of 68 and 67, respectively.
