"I mean it feels good. In 2008 when I came here I was only 21 years old. I had no idea I would even be in the finals but I won. Just to come back here when I am 28 and, of course, defending champion in itself was a task. But I knew what I came here for and I just wanted to focus on getting that."

"I don't know but I take it a year at a time. This year I was focussed on the World Championships here. And then come September when I get back to training in September then I will be focused on the Olympics in Rio and God's willing I will be there and looking forward to that."

"No. For my hair, I just wake up in the morning and I decide 'Oh. I am doing my hair green.' So I have no idea. I like bright colours. I like when I am chirpy and happy at the line. And I have got my sunflower and I was like 'I am a living walking garden'. So I just wanted to come and enjoy the moment."

"My coaching staff is awesome and I am sure that I couldn't do anything without them so to have them here is a great for me."

"It's wonderful. It's my first time being in a packed stadium like this with everyone cheering and things so it's a wonderful experience. And I am still in awe of everything."

"I think that consistency saved the day for me and it's something that I have been able to do in the last year and it helps to be consistent and it was a great field. Good jumpers and I am just happy it turned out the way it did."
