SOUNDBITE (English) Ben Stokes, England all-rounder:
(On whether England have already got one hand on the Ashes)
"Well, they are not quite in our grasps yet, but they are very close. So hopefully tomorrow we can get out there, bowl as well as we have done. After the first hour actually, I thought we were poor as a bowling unit, but we soon sorted that out and started putting the ball into the right areas and getting wickets. So, if we can continue to do that then hopefully it will be all over and done with quite quick."
SOUNDBITE (English) Ben Stokes, England all-rounder:
(Asked if it is hard to concentrate on getting the job done when so close to winning the Ashes)
"It is probably one of the most hardest things to do when you're that close to victory. But you know, as cricketers we've probably been in that position more than once, so we know that no game is over until the last wicket is taken. So we have to take that attitude into tomorrow."
SOUNDBITE (English) Mitchell Starc, Australia fast bowler:
"We're not going anywhere. We'll wake up in the morning and go again, so... There's a lot of work to do to I guess find any way to draw or win this game, but we'll fight right to the last wicket, right to the last run, it's just in our nature. Tough couple days, but we're not going anywhere."
SOUNDBITE (English) Mitchell Starc, Australia fast bowler:
(On the mood within the team)
"It's just about sticking together. It's less than ideal yesterday, but it is what it is. A tough day and you've got to move on. It's just a game of cricket. They are important days, but you've just got to move on, learn from yesterday, from the week before even. We'll do that again tomorrow, wake up and go hard and go right to the end."
