SOUNDBITE: Gwen Jorgensen, Test Event winner from USA

"I mean I had no problems in there and definitely back next year swimming in there."

"Yes, really nice to be here. It's the Olympic trials so to be qualified for the Olympics is really good."

SOUNDBITE: Vicky Holland, British triathlete, 3rd at test event

"Yes I think it was really important to come a year out to see what the course is like. We've all heard about the hill and the choppy water and the sea and it was a really good idea to come and experience those things so we know what to prepare for next year. On top of that there was a lot of qualification riding on this race so, for me, I needed to finish on the podium, which I did, but I also need to do that again at another race later this year to really seal the deal but at least it's a really good step towards making sure I am here next year."

    SOUNDBITE: Vicky Holland

"No. We have been well reassured that the water quality is above the standard that we need it to be to swim in so I take that as written if it says it's ok. I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm ill."
