"The basic project was planned about ten years ago in the first bid. I took over one year, some of the project was not calculated with updates, so there is some gap, but I think we focus mainly on the infrastructure, not for operation. And our goal for marketing has met our standards, and also we try very hard to reduce the costs, such as redesigning the venues and instead of purchasing the hardware, we rent the hardware because we only use for one month. That's the kind of things we do to reduce the budget and meet the target."

"The venues start a little bit late but everything is we plan in time to meet the test events as well as Olympic event. So we have more than 25 percent progress on most of the venues and we have confidence that we can meet the deadline for the test event as well as Olympic Games.
