MASSIVE CRASH! Neuville fells tree at Rally of Finland

    Thierry Neuville crashing his Hyundai at 100 mph. The impact so big that it felled a tree.

    Neuville crashed at a fast left bend near the end of his first pass through the 4.62-kilometre. stage.

    Luckily the Belgian driver was unhurt and he will now hope his team can repair the car in time for the first Special Stage

    Neuville will hope the accident proves a good omen.

    Almost 12 months ago he rolled heavily in a shakedown before going on to win in Germany.

    The fastest in this race was Mads Ostberg in Citroen's DS 3.

    He edged out Andreas Mikkelsen's Volkswagen Polo R.
